Sci-Quest offers single day and five day camps to children age 4 through grade 9.

Grades K-2

Star Kids
9a.m.-noon
Fee: $95
This camp will take you on a whirlwind tour of the solar system and beyond. Uncover the mysteries of airless Mercury, fiery Venus, gigantic Jupiter, ringed Saturn and much much more! Make a solar system mobile, eat astronaut food, and even construct a comet in this out-of-this-world weeklong adventure!

Mighty Machines
1-4p.m.
Fee: $95
Simple machines are not always simple. From Ferris wheels to sailboats, the science of simple machines makes life more interesting. Join us as we use K’NEX to explore a different machine each day. Little engineers will really love those marvelous machines in this camp!



Grades 3-5

Meatballs and Molecules
9a.m.-noon
Fee: $105
Put on your chef’s apron and discover how a pinch of curiosity can improve your cooking! Explore recipes and activities that will enhance your understanding of the science behind dinnertime. Make cookies, candy and even a real working stove in this fun filled weeklong camp!

A Knight’s Quest
1-4p.m.
Fee: $95
Young lords and ladies will get a first hand view of medieval science as we travel back to the Dark Ages. We will discover how castles are built to last and how catapults can really make things fly! Join us as we joust, jostle and juggle our way through a week full of knightly fun!



Grades 6-9

Mini Medical School
9a.m.-noon
Fee: $105
You will become a medical student for a week and get an up close look at what it is like to be a doctor. Discover the amazing organs and tissues that make up your body by dissecting a cow eye, sheep brain, and a pig heart, meet medical professionals and even learn about amazing new advancements in medical technology!

Logon4_3D
1-4p.m.
Fee: $95
Sketch, plan and build using online 3D modeling programs. Discover how 3D modeling software can help architects design buildings, engineers make bridges and video game designers make landscapes and futuristic habitats. No previous experience with computer aided drawing necessary and at the end of the camp you will even have a CD of all or your creations.
Class size limited to 12 participants per session, so register early!
