Pricing and Sample Itinerary:

Below is individual pricing for each activity that your group can experience at Sci-Quest. Also, there are examples of a few ways that you can bundle Sci-Quest activities to create a custom visit that you and your group will never forget.

Payment Methods:

Groups may pay for a visit either by check or money order, cash, credit card, or completed purchase order. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. The remaining 50% may be paid on or before the day of the scheduled visit.

Chaperone Policy:

Sci-Quest is a self-touring facility and requires one adult per ten students for Pre-K through Twelfth Grade. Admission is free for the required number of chaperones and accompanying bus drivers. Any additional chaperones are charged the group rate. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Teachers and chaperones are responsible for the supervision and behavior of the students they are accompanying. All visitors are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations established by Sci-Quest. Behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe will result in the group being asked to leave.

Lunch:

Sci-Quest does not offer prepared lunches; however, limited space is available for groups to bring sack lunches. Please inquire for additional information.

Educator Orientation:

Educators planning to visit Sci-Quest with their students are welcome to visit the Center to preview the facility and programs. Please call for further information.

The Science Shop:

Visiting groups are invited to stop by The Science Shop and see the many fun and educational wonders within. Pre-packaged souvenir bags are available for $3.00 and $5.00. Please place orders at least seven days prior to your visit. Purchases in The Science Shop help offset the cost of daily operations and allow Sci-Quest to continue providing quality educational experiences.

Cancellation Policy:

A written cancellation must be received by Sci-Quest to cancel your reservations.

• No charge if you notify us in writing 14 days before the scheduled visit.
• 50% charge if cancelled within 14 days of the visit.
• 100% charge if cancelled within 7 days of the visit.
• If you cancel your planned visit but reschedule within 3 months of the original date, all charges are applied to the rescheduled visit.
